…upon a time
…to push myself today! I was extremely sore from a new workout that I did yesterday and was dreading my run today. By the way I was feeling, I thought I might be able to get about 2 miles in. After I started, good music and good thoughts propelled me along, and I ended up running about 4.25 miles. I actually felt better after my run, than I did before.
I would encourage you to push yourself in what ever it is that you might not want to do…the end result Rocks!
